CHW Training Program

This is a specialized training program for healthcare professionals to build self-competence as community health workers, in order to connect mosque communities with new and ongoing patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) projects through outreach, health education, social support, and advocacy to build the trust necessary for dissipation of health disparities relevant to mosque-communities.
